The Park

You’ll find it hard to resist the atmosphere at Castledene Park, a truly relaxing, rural retreat.

Hill Brothers are a family owned and managed group of parks. We are very hands on, visiting each and every park from the smallest to the biggest each week. We have parks throughout the north of England and wales in some of the most sought after locations available.

The Hill Brothers family has been at the forefront of residential and leisure parks for around 50 years, dating back three generations, we also have parks in Canada!

During this time we have survived and thrived through the good and the bad times while seeing many changes in the industry with park operators coming and going through the many changes in regulations and the much improved building standards of modern residential and leisure homes during this time our policy has not changed which is what we credit our success to our old fashioned principles in a modern world with a caring attitude to all customers. Customer service is first, following closely by selling a good quality home at a reasonable price.

We have parks that are purposely built in ideal locations for the perfect static caravan holiday home for families or couples looking to get away from it all, somewhere to feel safe and secure. With all holiday homes coming fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living room, and choice of one, two, or three bedrooms there is something for everyone.

With the parks varying in facilities from fishing lakes to bars, gyms, shops, play areas etc. Locations with easy access links to all the major towns and tourist attractions in the area to Residential parks exclusively for our older clientele built to the highest standards! Being adult only communities at some of the best locations in Britain these parks are specially designed for those that have children that have flown the nest!

Castledene Park is one of County Durham’s and Teesside’s finest holiday parks.

If you’re looking for a secluded, picturesque holiday park that is easily accessible look no further than Castledene Park. The park is just minutes away from the local Castle Eden golf course, riding stables, exquisite eateries and inns. The park is located just off the A19 at castle Eden and lies at the end of a no through road leading to woodlands and the entrance of this beautiful site, driving through the impressive mason stone built entrance you will see the reception office and it’s beautiful garden and rockery with its impressive array of shrubs.
