General Questions

Can we live on the park?

Although we are open 52 weeks a year, we are not a residential site. Holiday homes must be vacant for 28 days although those dates are not stipulated to be on specific dates.

Can I bring my own caravan onto the park?

Yes. Hill brothers parks have allocated plots to allow customers to bring their own holiday homes.

What price do caravans start from?

Prices start from as little as £9,995.00 or £180.00 per month. Please see our finance page for more information. (Finance is subject to terms and conditions).

What facilities do your parks have to offer?

Our facilities vary from park to park but you can be assured that each park has something to offer all of the family from:

  • On site Clubhouses
  • Private fishing lake
  • Putting green
  • Bowling green
  • on site shops
  • Licensed bars
  • Tennis courts
  • local beaches

Can we get our own holiday home insurance?

Yes. Any owner of a Holiday Home can shop around for their own insurance but please do check with the park as they will already have a holiday home insurance company set up already before doing so and we will assist wherever possible.

Other Questions

What are the running costs of a holiday home?

Running costs do vary from park to park so do inquire first with the park you are interested in. Electric and water are metered so you are only paying for what you use. Gas is also sold on-site.

Site Fees are invoiced on 1st December annually.

Sewage Rates are invoiced on 1st June annually.
