Stafford Park

Stafford Park is a modern development of luxury living residential park homes situated close to Rhyl town centre. Rhyl, a Welsh coastal resort in the county of Denbighshire, lies within the historic borders of Flintshire at the mouth of the River Clwyd.

Significant recent investment within Rhyl is rejuvenating the area into more of a ‘go to’ destination with seven miles of waterfront undergoing refurbishment. Previously unloved buildings are being transformed into fresh new attractions and associated amenities. Marine Quay, hotels, restaurants and cafes, a new exhibition centre, and leisure park being prime examples.

Introduction

The relaxing and friendly Stafford Park has a community of like-minded park homeowners taking pride in their surroundings, whilst taking time to embrace the more sedate lifestyle in this secluded park habitat. Most of the properties on site have 2 bedrooms, but there’s also a sprinkle of one-bedroom and three-bedroom park homes too, as well as a great range of new and pre-owned properties, with all of our new park homes coming fully furnished. Built to your specification, there’s also an opportunity for you to buy a bespoke property.

Whichever option you decide on, you can be assured that all residential homes at Stafford Park are of a high quality, have connections to all main utilities including phone and internet, and are built on one level so that it’s easier to maintain. We also make it one of our highest priorities to only use the most trusted and reputable tradesmen available in the local network. Should you ever need to address any local issues, the park has a resident’s association.

Even though homes at Stafford park attract a mix of people, they’re ideally suited to residents who are 50 plus, as the site is quite popular to those whose children have grown up and flown the nest, looking to downsize from a larger property, or those seeking a second property. It also has a large appeal to retirees wanting to spend more time in a relaxed environment, as the residential park homes are situated on a serene and charming setting.

Not only do our residential park homes allow you to retain your independence and offer the benefit of a new way of life, they’re also tremendous value for money. With expenses considerably lower than buying a house of the same size, downsizing to a park home is a great way of freeing equity from your current property.
