The park is sited on flat land, making it fully accessible for the elderly and disabled and with a full schedule of entertainment on site, appeals to young families and guests of all ages. It’s pet friendly too! The park is open all year round, and owners can take advantage of their holiday home retreat for a full 48 week time period.
Amenities cater for basic necessities with an on site shop open from 9.00 am to 6.00pm Tuesday to Sunday, café, laundrette, gym and children’s play area. Additionally, the park’s club serves as a social hub for guests to get to know one other, socialise and enjoy the wide range of entertainment provided. Open seven days a week, Monday to Friday 5pm to 11pm, and 12 noon till late at weekends, guests can enjoy bingo sessions, take part in dart contests, enjoy informal music events such as Friday night Jam night and live entertainment on Saturdays. Owner exclusive days out and events contribute to the friendly social community and enable owners to build friendships with their neighbours.
Our on-site bar is open 7 days per week and boast a range of entertainment such as live music and pub games.
If you are more of a fitness fanatic, don’t worry. We have our very own on-site gym to keep you in shape.
Take a walk down to our on-site cafe/shop for a coffee whilst you collect your weekly supplies.
Park Lane also has it’s own laundry facilities.
The kids won’t ever be bored with our children’s play areas with a mixture of things to play with.
And in just a few minutes walk down to the bottom of the park, you will be on the beach!

One of the major advantages of this site is its convenient location to shops, services, sport and leisure facilities and transport links to places of interest.
The main road at the top of Park Lane comprises shops for everyday items, a takeaway restaurant, chemist and doctors, as well as Meols Merseylink station connecting the area to Hoylake and West Kirby or Birkenhead and Liverpool. Local buses serve destinations across The Wirral and Merseyside. Within a few minutes’ walk from Park Lane there are three horse riding stables and nearby fishing lakes.
Significant investment within Liverpool City Centre has rejuvenated the area into a thriving cultural hub. Awarded the title of European Capital of Culture 2008, the city is proud of its heritage as a diverse, culturally rich destination. The Albert Docks at the heart of the city’s waterfront blends the old and new with cafes, restaurants, shops, museums and exhibitions framed around a dockyard square. Nearby Liverpool One shopping centre brings the bright, modern mall type shopping scene with over 170 high street chains and independents.
Liverpool has so much to offer its visitors. Iconic landmarks such as the cathedral, the Pier Head, Albert Dock, Cavern Club, will automatically spring to mind, yet the city also has an extensive array of museums and galleries within its centre. Sport lovers may like to take a tour of either Liverpool (Anfield) or Everton (Goodison) Football clubs, or enjoy a day at Aintree Racecourse, famous of course for hosting the Annual Grand National.
The distinctive walled city of Chester is only 15 miles away from the Park Lane Holiday Home site. Chester is a fascinating city crammed with interesting sights, landmarks and places to visit. Chester Cathedral, the Roman Amphitheatre and Chester Visitor Centre all promote the city’s rich heritage.
Chester Zoo, home to more than 500 species of animals, including elephants, tigers, jaguars, birds, reptiles and mammals, also includes a prize winning zoological gardens featuring many water plants and would certainly appeal to both young and old.
The Park Lane Holiday Home site is also conveniently sited for many other places of interest. The seaside resorts of Hoylake, West Kirby and New Brighton are within easy reach, as are Southport and the Fylde coast.
